Please note: If you are looking for immediate help with an urgent problem, eg. a crashing computer or a network outage, we may not be your best bet. We can occasionally help new clients with such issues, but our IT support people are usually very busy, and in general we can only provide such on-call support to established clients in the context of a long-term consulting relationship. For emergency support, you may want to look for an independent consultant at TechFinder.org, or try the Geek Squad (on-call consumer tech service owned by Best Buy).
