Since 2001, Jonathan Stein has worked with nonprofit organizations to help them learn how technology can best support and further their mission. He strives to establish clear and open communication with staff members and he understands that conversations about technology do not need to sound like a technical manual. He was a contributing author for The Accidental Techie and has taught technology classes through CompassPoint. In addition to writing and teaching, Jonathan performs technology assessments, drafts technology plans, trains staff, creates documentation/policy and provides ongoing network/hardware/software support. Oh, and he loves what he does.
